I didn’t begin this work because I wanted a career in personal development. I began because I needed to understand myself.
My own experiences led me on a journey of healing, learning and transformation — and eventually became the foundation of the work I do today.
I was always looking for answers
From a young age, I was fascinated by how things worked — particularly people and the mind.
By 14, I was reading about human physiology. That curiosity quickly expanded into psychology, sociology, science and anything else that helped me make sense of myself and the world around me.
Other people sometimes saw me as intense or an overthinker.
For me, understanding things simply made the world feel a little less confusing.
A curious mind has always been part of who I am
My early childhood contained plenty of happy memories. But as I got older, life at home began to change.
Alcohol, instability and fear gradually became part of everyday life. At the same time, school became increasingly difficult.
Those experiences affected how I saw myself, other people and the world around me.
Strange tension in the house and alcoholic episodes start to arise leading to stress and arguments.
Parents get a divorce, both drink heavily, dad dies and I avoid school slipping into a depression from anxiety.
Living in poverty with depression and trauma I attempt to take my life in an attempt to find peace,
I fight back, exercising 3 hrs a day 7 days. Read 1000+ books intense therapy and overcome past trauma and self doubt.
Take back my independence and become a personal trainer and health club manager building a life with love and safety.
Share the life skills that got me through a tough background and share to other people who are ope to the change.
At 17 Something needed to change
I reached a point where I realised I couldn’t continue living the way I was as life was unbearable.
I began searching for answers — trying different forms of therapy, learning from people who challenged me, reading constantly and gradually taking responsibility for rebuilding my life.
The most important lesson wasn’t that somebody else was going to rescue me.
It was discovering that, with the right support, I could learn to stand on my own feet.
The work began
The Work. The Learning. The Growth
Therapy, self-reflection and years of doing the inner work helped me understand the beliefs and patterns that had shaped me.
I immersed myself in psychology, communication, behaviour and therapeutic approaches, constantly looking for better ways of understanding why people think, feel and behave as they do.
What began as a personal search eventually became the foundation of my professional work — helping other people understand themselves and create meaningful change.
tHE LIFE LESSON SO FAR
Life still brings uncertainty, difficult relationships, setbacks and moments when we question ourselves.
For me, personal development was never about becoming someone who never struggles.
It was about understanding myself well enough that those struggles no longer controlled my life.
That’s what now sits at the heart of my work — helping people understand themselves, understand others and develop the confidence to build a life that feels genuinely their own.
With the right tools and support I believe its possible to builod the life you want, yes it may be tough, but the payoffs can be great
